Progress and roadblocks in Clay County as massive road construction projects move forward

 While there is progress on one massive Clay County project, a roadblock takes over another. Let’s start on County Road 209 in Green Cove Springs where a roadblock at the railroad tracks to Russell Road re-opened a few weeks ago.
