Can you help police ID arson suspect caught on camera at Fernandina Beach restaurant?

The Fernandina Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a man who was captured on surveillance camera setting fire to an outdoor umbrella at Sliders Seaside Grill in Fernandina Beach.
