FHP video shows driver launching fireworks out window, doing donuts amid 4th of July street takeover

A video recently posted to social media by the Florida Highway Patrol shows a driver launching fireworks out of their window while doing donuts in the middle of a street in Central Florida on the Fourth of July. In the video, viewers can see multiple angles of the driver completing at least four full donuts in the middle of an Orlando intersection while launching at least three separate fireworks from their car. Viewers are also able to see various FHP troopers follow the car until they surround and pull the vehicle over.
