Hurricane Imelda brings rough surf, strong winds, high rip current risk to Northeast Florida beaches

Hurricane Imelda strengthened into a Category 1 hurricane Tuesday morning, and News4JAX meteorologist Jenese Harris went to a couple of beaches in Northeast Florida to show the intense winds and waves brought on by the storm.  The hurricane is not expected to hit the Jacksonville area.
