2 bystanders face ‘Halo Law’ charges, first arrests JSO has made under new law

A Jacksonville woman is facing multiple felony charges in connection with an incident outside a charter school on Tuesday that also led to the arrest of multiple bystanders who Sheriff T.K. Waters said violated Florida’s new “Halo Law.” Waters said the arrests are the first for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office involving the Halo Law.
