Caught on Camera: Charges filed against woman captured on video in violent encounter with officer

A Jacksonville woman is facing three felony charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer, after a violent encounter that was captured on body camera and bystander video. Two bystanders are also facing charges from the incident because they violated Florida's new "Halo Law," Sheriff T.K. Waters said.
