Family describes terrifying ordeal after 4-year-old boy loses ear in dog attack

A family is asking for the community’s help after their 4-year-old son lost his left ear following a terrifying dog attack in November on Jacksonville’s Westside. “Our lives changed in an instant,” Tracy Moore said of the incident that left her son, Roland, in need of a prosthetic ear, which he can't get until he turns 6.
