Man accused of leading deputies on dangerous high-speed chase in St. Johns County appears in court

Tomal Bowe, 33, is charged with felony fleeing and eluding, grand theft auto, resisting without violence, possession of marijuana and multiple out-of-county warrants. He is expected to plead not guilty at his court appearance on Monday in St. Johns County.
