Off-duty JSO lieutenant who fired at truck driver during I-95 encounter won’t be charged, SAO says

A Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office lieutenant who shot four times into a semi-truck on Interstate 95 in March will not be charged in connection with the incident, the State Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.
