Health officials explain why younger kids are more vulnerable to measles after baby tests positive

The Coastal Health District of Georgia reported that a baby, who was too young to receive the measles vaccination, has tested positive for measles. According to officials, the child contracted the virus while traveling outside the United States. Reporter Erik Avanier spoke with health officials in Georgia to learn why younger children are much more vulnerable than older kids and adults.
