Belgian man on a mission to locate relatives of Jacksonville WWII soldier

A Belgian man is searching for the family of a soldier connected to Jacksonville. Dieter Joosen, who lives in Belgium, is volunteering through an adopt-a-grave program to care for the grave of Jerry Chadwick. Reporter Ariel Schiller spoke with him to learn more about his mission to locate Chadwick's family and connect with them.
