Why do ICE agents cover their faces? That's a question many religious leaders want answered

Following the recent events in Minnesota, many people are wondering why ICE agents cover their faces when they are in public view.  Some religious leaders are calling for an end to that practice, while some, like Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters, say they support ICE agents protecting their identity.
