Family asks community for help to find hit-and-run driver who injured 2 kids on e-scooter

An 8-year-old Clay County boy and his 4-year-old sister are both out of the hospital and recovering after their parents say the children were injured by a hit-and-run driver while riding an e-scooter in Oakleaf.
