Siblings recovering after parents say they were injured in hit-and-run crash while riding e-scooter

Clay County deputies are investigating a reported hit-and-run crash that injured two children on Monday inside a gated subdivision off Plantation Oaks Boulevard in Oakleaf. Jalen Roberson said his 8-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter were riding on an electric scooter when they were struck by a white truck, which is believed to be a Dodge Ram pickup.
