As protests continue across the country, a now-viral incident at the Castillo de San Marcos in St. Augustine is raising new questions about First Amendment rights on federal property.  Reporter Chris Will speaks with a constitutional lawyer to get a clearer understanding of what exactly happened in the video and if it infringes upon any constitutional rights.
