Deputies recount tragic incident in Bradford County that leaves children without both parents

A Bradford County mother is dead, and two children are left without parents following an apparent murder-suicide on Jan. 29. Deputies say Rachael Kerr, the children's mother, was fatally shot while her kids were inside with their father. Bradford County Chief Deputy Brad Smith described what happened next.
