11 Chinese nationals indicted in marriage fraud scheme involving Jacksonville Navy sailors

Federal prosecutors announced charges Tuesday against 11 people accused of running a scheme that recruited U.S. service members into sham marriages with Chinese nationals to obtain immigration benefits and military identification cards.
