City council greenlights plans to establish community benefits agreement board

The Jacksonville City Council approved two ordinances Tuesday night that will provide funds for firefighting equipment and neighborhood improvements while establishing oversight for a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) Board for the Eastside neighborhood.
