Neighborhood party honoring life of rapper Lil Poppa ends in gunfire, frenzied escapes

A neighborhood party on A. Philip Randolph Boulevard on Jacksonville's Eastside was meant to honor the life of Jacksonville-born rapper Lil Poppa, who died recently. But the event ended in gunfire that sent four people to the hospital.
