Capt. Sandy Yawn, Leah Yawn give victim statements at sentencing of SJC homebuilder accused of fraud

A St. Johns County homebuilder who is accused of embezzling millions of dollars and abandoning projects in Nocatee pleaded guilty to three counts related to fraud and will be sentenced on Tuesday.
