Jacksonville Beach Police seeking surveillance video, evidence to aid investigation into ‘takeover’

The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is asking residents and businesses to submit any surveillance or cell phone video from the area on Saturday night to help its investigation into a “takeover” that injured five teenagers.
