JSO officer charged with grand theft, organized fraud & official misconduct

An officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office has been arrested after he claimed more than 200 hours of overtime for traffic enforcement shifts that he never worked, Sheriff T.K. Waters announced Thursday.
