JSO officer who falsely claimed $14K of OT was with girlfriend instead, who was also his boss

 A prominent member of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Motor Unit has been arrested after he claimed more than 200 hours of overtime for traffic enforcement shifts that he never worked, Sheriff T.K. Waters announced Thursday. Waters acknowledged that during at least some of those false overtime claims, which totaled more than $14,000, Officer Christian Madsen was actually at the home of his supervisor, and the two had a romantic relationship.
