Jacksonville Beach police are asking residents to be on the lookout for large house parties in short-term rental homes that could turn into takeover events this weekend. Commander Thom Bingham is asking Jacksonville beach residents to call them if they live next to a short- term rental home and a large crowd starts to gather. He joined News4Jax Anchor Jennifer Waugh to explain how the department is preparing.
