Chain reaction crash on Atlantic Blvd claims the lives of 3 people, injures others

Three people were killed and another four were injured Sunday afternoon in a head-on, chain reaction crash on Atlantic Boulevard near Empire Point, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
