Former dance company CEO faces new sexual battery charge stemming from alleged relationship w/ teen
Victor Chrispin, a former CEO of a dance company in Jacksonville, is now facing a sexual battery charge related to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a teen, according to court records. Chrispin, 31, was first charged on New Year’s Eve with being an authority figure who “solicits or engages in romantic relations with a student,” but court filings show that the charge has now been upgraded to a sexual battery charge, according to court filings. He previously served as the CEO of the Yohannas Performing Arts Company, an organization with which Kids Hope Alliance has partnered for at least the last three years, but was arrested on New Year’s Eve 2025 following accusations of having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student for months.
