Jacksonville’s PATH program aims to reshape city's response to downtown homelessness
JFRD officials said the PATH program — which stands for Providing Assistance to the Homeless — has interacted with 2,196 individuals experiencing homelessness since it went into service. The program is a partnership between JFRD, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, local shelters, and other city agencies aimed at connecting people on the streets with beds, services, and transportation.
