News4JAX+ at 10 a.m.: Self-defense tactics to fight off an attacker

We want to teach you how to protect yourself if someone ever tries to hurt you. Deputies with the St. Johns County sheriff's office offer a free self- defense class through the Bailey Foundation...  The foundation is in honor of Tristyn Bailey, who was killed nearly 5 years ago in her St. Johns County neighborhood. She was just 13 years old. Her 14-year-old schoolmate pleaded guilty to stabbing her and is serving life in prison. Her parents are dedicated to helping other girls and women learn how to protect themselves if they are ever attacked. Lt. Jessica Hines is one of the instructors of the WAVE class, which stands for Women Against Violent Encounters, and joins us.
