Man who lives near site of deadly road-rage shootout says he recognized victim from his neighborhood

After a man was killed Sunday night in what police described as a road-rage shootout on Edgewood Avenue West and I-95, neighbors shared their concerns with News4JAX about the issues brought into their area by those who don’t live there.
