You may have received a letter in the mail, asking you to participate in a health survey. Don't throw it away if it has NHAMES written on it. It's not a scam. The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, better known as N-HANES, is the only survey of its kind in the country- it's a government program through the CDC.
