We have learned much more in the last week about what went wrong last weekend when an Air Canada plane hit a fire truck at Laguardia Airport in New York, killing the pilots. It's the second deadly accident involving a passenger plane here in the United States. In January of last year, more than 60 passengers died when the plane they were on collided with a military helicopter as the plane was approaching Washington's Ronald Reagan National, killing all on board and the soldiers who were In the military helicopter.
