Suspect in custody after pursuit gridlocks traffic on I-95 South in St. Johns County

 All southbound lanes of Interstate 95 at mile marker 311 were shut down Thursday afternoon after an attempted traffic stop turned into a pursuit, according to the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office.
