He stopped to pet a dog on Jacksonville Beach - and collapsed. A stranger’s CPR helped save his life

After fishing at Jacksonville Beach, 67-year-old Lance Schellpeper collapsed from a heart attack while petting a dog. Physician assistant Jennifer Carde performed CPR until help arrived, saving him.
