Deegan says she's 'grateful' for councilmembers who voted in favor of affordable housing fund

Jacksonville City Council members approved Mayor Deegan's roughly $2 billion budget. The budget also includes an amendment restoring about $5 million of the affordable housing trust fund, after weeks of concern about a proposed cut.
