Jacksonville man talks about car break-ins at apartment complex

Dozens of people living in an apartment complex in the Holly Oaks neighborhood woke up Sunday to their cars broken into. Brandon Parsons, one of the affected residents, spoke with News4JAX to talk about this incident.
