Jacksonville church honors late pastor, Bishop Arthur T. Jones Sr.

The congregation of All People International Church is mourning the passing of their beloved pastor, Bishop Arthur T. Jones Sr., who died unexpectedly on Thanksgiving morning. He was 76 years old.
