A third of all Jacksonville evictions happen in 100 buildings

Princeton’s Eviction Lab tracking system has released new data about which landlords file the most significant amount of evictions in Jacksonville. According to their data, evictions in Jacksonville are particularly concentrated in just a few landlords: 34% of all eviction filings happen in just 100 buildings.
