Off-duty JSO lieutenant who shot into semi-truck on I-95 returns to work, reassigned to different position

A JSO lieutenant who shot into a semi-truck on Interstate 95 last month has returned to work and was administratively reassigned, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
