The agency in charge of helping develop downtown has a new CEO. What we know about the Baltimore transplant

The Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) board unanimously selected its new CEO on Monday, following a marathon of interviews inside City Hall.  Colin Tarbert currently serves as President and CEO for the Baltimore Development Corporation and will now lead the DIA.
