From meals to medical care and more: Northeast Florida AIDS Network offers support for those living with HIV/AIDS

Established in 1980, the Northeast Florida AIDS Network, also known as NFAN (N-Fan), is the longest-standing AIDS service organization in Northeast Florida and serves clients in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
