Georgia couple accused of murder deprived daughter of food, medical care for nearly a month at Ft. Stewart: indictment

New details have emerged about a husband and wife who are accused of starving their daughter to death while based at Fort Stewart Military Reservation. According to the indictment, Brandon M. Kelley, 29, and Stacey D. Kelley, 26, deprived their daughter of food and medical care for a month, resulting in her death. The couple is facing multiple murder charges, including felony murder and two counts of second-degree murder.
