Randall Lockwood from the Southside reached out to us, upset about people littering in his neighborhood. Christian Hancock, with JSO, joined The Morning Show on Monday to answer Lockwood’s question: Can police set up hidden cameras to catch people littering, and if not, what more can be done to stop it?
