Man accused in hit-and-run crash that killed teenage girl in Arlington expected to appear in court

A man accused in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a teenage girl in Arlington is expected to appear in court Thursday morning. Andre Myers, 54, is accused of hitting and killing 13-year-old Genesis Webber on Sept. 30. He was expected to be officially charged and enter his plea in Duval County court on Thursday.
