'It's a sad thing': Neighbor shocked after man found shot to death inside garage of Mandarin home

 A man was found shot to death inside a garage of a Mandarin home Monday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Neighbors were shocked to hear the news and talked to News4JAX in the aftermath of the shooting.
