Man found shot to death inside garage of Mandarin home: JSO

A man was found shot to death inside a garage of a Mandarin home Monday evening, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. at a home on Rustic Green Court, near Losco Road.
