Witness describes chaotic scene of shooting that left 2 officers injured, suspect dead in Gainesville

Two officers were injured and a suspect was killed in a shooting in Gainesville on Wednesday morning, according to the Gainesville Police Department. While conducting their investigation, officers found the body of another person with gunshot wounds in the Imeca Lumber & Hardware store. They said they believe the suspect killed that victim before the shootout with police. News4JAX spoke with Tina Days, who said she heard gunshots and described the chaotic scene.
