Woman accused of punching trooper, kicking ICE officer on Beach Blvd. to appear in federal court

A woman accused of punching a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) trooper and kicking an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer during a traffic stop on Beach Boulevard is set to appear in court Monday morning for a detention hearing.
