New Jacksonville health center to bring expanded services, welcome patients regardless of insurance

A Jacksonville health center is expanding its reach to treat more people, especially those who do not have insurance. The Duval Family Health Center is opening Wednesday morning at Sulzbacher Village on Springfield Boulevard.
