We are learning more about a recent study that found the shrimp you order off the menu at many local restaurants is being falsely represented as local. In fact, researchers from SeaD Consulting say they discovered 57% of restaurants 'explicitly misrepresented' that they were serving local or American wild-caught shrimp, including shrimp marketed as iconic "Mayport Shrimp."
