NB San Jose Boulevard lanes reopen, 2 SB lanes remain closed for JEA repairs

JEA said it repaired a leaking water main 25 feet below San Jose Boulevard, and as of 5 a.m. Monday, the two northbound lanes that had been closed for 11 days reopened.
